Our products are <strong>not<\/strong> intended for human consumption, medical treatment, veterinary use, or any in vivo use of any kind.<\/p>\n<p>By placing an order, you confirm that:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>You are a qualified researcher or licensed professional purchasing for legitimate research purposes.<\/li>\n<li>You are at least 18 years of age.<\/li>\n<li>These products are not FDA approved for human or veterinary use.<\/li>\n<li>You will comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws.<\/li>\n<li>You accept full responsibility for safe handling, storage, and disposal of all products.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>2. No Refund Policy<\/h2>\n<p>Due to the nature of research chemicals and peptides, <strong>all sales are final<\/strong>. Replacements or store credit issued at our discretion.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Lost shipments:<\/strong> Contact us if your order is confirmed lost by the carrier. Replacements issued at our sole discretion.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>We are not responsible for orders delayed or seized due to customs, incorrect shipping information, or factors outside our control.<\/p>\n<h2>3. International Shipping Terms<\/h2>\n<p>By placing an international order you acknowledge:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Import responsibility:<\/strong> It is your sole responsibility to ensure products are legal to import in your country.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Customs and duties:<\/strong> Any customs fees, import duties, or taxes are your responsibility.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Seizures:<\/strong> Shipments seized by customs will not be refunded or replaced.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Delivery times:<\/strong> International delivery times are estimates only.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Restricted destinations:<\/strong> We reserve the right to refuse shipment to certain regions.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>All orders ship in discreet packaging.
