ParticipantBackground: Ive had a chronic left knee issue (partial meniscus tear from 5 years ago, never fully resolved) that’s been limiting my training. Started a BPC-157 protocol 8 weeks ago.
Protocol: 250mcg subcutaneous, once daily near the knee, 5 days on / 2 days off.
Weeks 1-2: Honestly nothing noticeable. Was expecting a miracle and didnt get one, kept expectations in check.
Weeks 3-4: Some reduction in the morning stiffness that I’d had for years. Small but consistent improvement.
Weeks 5-6: Noticeably more comfortable doing step-ups and light squats. The ‘catching’ sensation I’d get occasionally was much less frequent.
Weeks 7-8: I’m now training legs twice a week without the aching I used to get. Range of motion feels more fluid. I wouldn’t say I’m at 100% but the improvement is meaningful enough that I’m planning to continue for another 4 weeks.
Overall: not a miracle overnight fix but the gradual progression has been real and consistent. Would recommend for anyone with chronic tendon/joint issues who’s been patient enough to let it work.

ParticipantThis is such a helpful write-up, thank you! The week-by-week breakdown is really useful, I think a lot of people expect immediate results and get discouraged.
Question: did you do anything else concurrently (changed training, diet, other compounds) that might have contributed? Or was BPC-157 the only variable?

ParticipantGood question, I kept everything else as consistent as I could specifically because I wanted to isolate the variable. Same training volume, same diet. The timing of the improvement aligns closely enough with the protocol that I’m fairly confident it’s the primary driver.

ParticipantAppreciate the detail here. Your protocol (250mcg subQ near target tissue) aligns with a lot of what the research literature uses. The 5-on/2-off pattern is a common cycling approach.
The gradual onset you described, minimal effect early, accumulating over weeks – is consistent with tissue remodeling timelines. Collagen and connective tissue turnover is slow by nature. 8-12 weeks is often the window where meaningful changes become noticeable.
